
The Howard E. Dean Scholarship
The Howard E. Dean scholarship fund was established as a legacy to carry on the long-standing tradition of alternative medicine education that Howard upheld. This scholarship also serves to honor Howard E. Dean, father of the founder of Helping Voices, who has shown the founder through example that not only human beings are worthy of love and respect, but deserving to live in complete health and wellness utilizing a variety of methodologies through music and more.

Residency: Ohio Resident & Non Resident
Enrollment status: Part Time or Full Time
Academic level: Income Freshman, Income Transfer (undergraduate)
Location: Accredit College (on or offline)
Additional criteria:
Applicants must be survivors of domestic violence as documented by a letter of reference from a counselor or clergy and aspire a career in healthcare. Preferably alternative medicine. This scholarship requires eligible applicants to demonstrate financial need. In order to determine your eligibility, you must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the scholarship deadline.
